Interdisciplinary space set up to connect the academic community with companies, public institutions, organisations and citizen groups through Alliances and Partnerships. It responds to SDG 17, Target 17.19 of the 2030 Agenda.
The Concepción Arenal Chair Agenda 2030 is born as an example of partnership at regional level between the Government of the Principality of Asturias and the scientific and academic world, with the vocation of uniting ALL: governments, civil society, scientists, academia and the private sector, and mobilising existing resources and other resources, technology development, and financial resources; with countries having to develop regular progress reviews, which will involve civil society, businesses and representatives of different interest groups.
